Your basket

Whatever you put in your basket is stored locally, in your own browser. Until you check out, that information does not reach us. You can clear it by emptying your basket or by deleting the site data in your browser.

Orders and payments

When you check out, you go to checkout.decodeman.be. There, your order and payment are processed by Wix (Wix.com Ltd). You enter the details needed to handle your order, such as your name, address and email address. Wix processes that data under its own privacy policy. We use it only to send or prepare your order and to answer your questions about it. If you choose delivery, bpost receives the details it needs to deliver your parcel. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Contact by email or phone

If you email or call us, we use your details only to reply to you. We do not use them for any other purpose.

Google reviews

On this website we show Google reviews as quotes, with a link to Google. If you click that link, you go to the Google website and Google's privacy policy applies.

• access your data;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted.

Send your request to info@decodeman.be and we will reply as soon as possible. If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
