Dog door stop with bow, beige teddy-style fabric | Decodeman

This soft door stop in the shape of a dog is practical and decorative at once. Thanks to its weight of 1.7 kg it easily holds a door open, while the beige teddy-style fabric and the brown bow give a warm, cosy look.

Dimensions and weight

• Dimensions: 30 x 20 x 20 cm
• Weight: 1.7 kg
• Beige teddy-style fabric with a brown bow

How it works

A door stop like this works by its weight. You put it against the door and it holds it in place, with no hook in the wall or wedge under the door. Place it right up against the door and it stays put best. For an ordinary interior door that is more than enough.

Where it goes

Lovely in the living room, the bedroom, the hallway or the child's room. It is almost too cute to use only as a door stop, so it also looks good somewhere it is simply seen, next to a sofa or at the foot of the stairs.

Styling

The beige tone suits a light interior with natural materials such as wood, linen and rattan, and gives a warm accent against grey or white walls. The brown bow goes nicely with wooden floors and furniture in a warm tone. In a child's room it feels at home among the cuddly toys and soft textiles.

Care

Brush the fabric now and then with a soft brush. Dab a small stain gently with a slightly damp cloth, and then let it air dry quietly.

Also as a gift

For a housewarming, a birth or someone who is mad about dogs, this is a gift that gets used straight away. There is also a door stop in the shape of a dachshund, in brown or rust.
