Why beige

Beige is a colour that lets the rest of a room speak. In an interior that already has a lot of colour or pattern, a throw in a soft tone brings calm, and next to wood, linen or rattan it strengthens the warm look. On a dark sofa it gives just a little light.

The thickness

At about three centimetres this is a substantial throw. It feels full when you lay it over your legs and drapes nicely over an arm when you are not using it. That gives you a throw you both use and show.

Where it lies

Over the back or the arm of the sofa, at the foot of the bed, or folded in a basket next to an armchair. The size of 130 by 180 is generous enough to wrap yourself in on a cold evening. In a guest room too it is a handy extra layer.

Care

The throw is washable at 30 degrees. Otherwise follow the care label and let it dry quietly, so it keeps its shape. With a light colour like beige it is best to tackle a stain straight away: dab instead of rubbing.
