All Lemons ceramic vase with lemons, handwork | Decodeman

A ceramic vase covered all over with lemons: that is the All Lemons vase. Some vases are so beautiful that they need no flowers or plants, and this one certainly belongs among them. The vase has a summery yellow colour and is covered in lemons that look almost real.

Dimensions and material

• Diameter 20 cm, height 30 cm
• Made of ceramic
• True handwork
• Watertight, suitable for real and silk flowers

With or without flowers

Empty, the vase already stands there as an object in its own right. Because it is watertight, you can also put real flowers in it and not only silk ones. That way it goes with the seasons: a few olive branches or some eucalyptus in summer, something white in spring, and silk flowers if you do not feel like changing the water.

Which colours go with it

Yellow with yellow quickly becomes too sweet. Greenery without flowers works well, as does white. If you want colour, look at blue or deep purple: they sit opposite yellow on the colour wheel and strengthen the lemons instead of clashing with them.

Handwork

The vase is true handwork, made of ceramic. With the lemons that look almost real it is a piece that draws attention even without flowers.

Where it goes

On a dining table, a sideboard, a coffee table or a kitchen island. At 30 cm high it is clearly visible without taking over the whole table. On a table where people eat, it is best placed a little to the side, so you can easily see past it.

Care

Dust with a soft cloth, and between the lemons with a soft small brush. Rinse the inside after use with real flowers. Lift the vase by the base, not by the lemons.
