A coat for every day

Fur has a reputation for being something for the evening. This coat is meant differently: the zip, the hood and the roomy sleeves make it a winter coat you wear just as happily on an ordinary Tuesday as to a dinner. You put it on over a thick jumper without the shoulders feeling tight.

The hood

The hood is large and made entirely of the same faux fur. Up, it keeps out wind and cold; down, it falls like a soft collar over the shoulders and back.

Dark brown or ecru

Dark brown is the calm, versatile colour: it shows marks less quickly and goes well with jeans, camel and black. White/ecru is lighter and bolder and brightens a dark winter outfit. The ecru version has its own page.

Styling

Casual over jeans with boots, or smarter over straight trousers or a knitted dress. The volume is in the coat, so slim and simple works best underneath.

Care

Follow the care label. In general keep faux fur clear of heat: not in the tumble dryer and not left to dry on the radiator, because the fibres will curl and never smooth out again. Shake the coat out after wearing and comb it lightly in the direction of the fur if needed. Give it plenty of room in the wardrobe.

Sizes

S/M fits roughly size 36 to 40, L/XL roughly size 42 to 44. If you are between two sizes, come and try on both.
