Reversible jacket with teddy and camel suede look

A warm jacket that you wear on both sides. One side is a camel suede look, the other a soft teddy. Turn it round and you have a different jacket, with the same high collar, button closure and contrasting piping. One size, suitable for sizes 34 to 44.

Two sides, two characters

The suede look is the smooth, slightly dressier side: calm, warm in colour, lovely with smart trousers or a plain jumper. The teddy side is softer and more playful, with more volume. If you wear teddy on a cold morning and would rather have the suede look in the evening, you only need to bring one jacket.

The high collar

A high collar keeps the wind off your neck, and by the sea that is no small detail. It also makes the jacket usable as a light coat on a dry autumn day, without a scarf.

Material

The composition is 60% acrylic and 40% polyester. These are synthetic fibres, light and warm. It also means the suede look is an imitation and not leather.

Combining

With your favourite jeans and boots or trainers, or over nice trousers with a fine polo neck. Camel goes with ecru, denim, brown and black. Because the jacket has volume on the teddy side, straight or slim trousers underneath work best.

Care

Follow the care label. Synthetic teddy and suede look are best kept clear of direct heat in general, because heat can make teddy clump together. Brush up the teddy side now and then with your hand or a soft brush.

About the size

The jacket is one size and fits sizes 34 to 44. If you are at the small end of that range, you wear it looser; at the large end, closer fitting.
