The lining in the sleeves

With many lined coats the lining stops where the sleeve begins. Here the faux fur is in the sleeves too, which therefore feel extra soft and snug. That way the warmth does not just hang around your torso, but you are also wrapped warmly in your arms.

Pockets and fastening

The concealed zip with press studs keeps the front calm and neat. Two roomy flap pockets at the front and two extra chest pockets have space for keys, phone and gloves. You adjust the parka at the waist, so it does not hang like a straight sack but gets an elegant line.

Keeping it waterproof

The parka is washable at 30 degrees. After three washes you make it waterproof again with a spray, so that it keeps its protective ability with every use. That is not a flaw but how waterproof clothing works: the protection wears off in the wash and you apply it again afterwards.

Why khaki

Khaki is one of the few colours that do not look out of place in the dunes or in town. Light khaki goes with denim, ecru, black and brown. Wear the parka over jeans with boots or trainers for every day, or over a knitted dress when it rains and you still want to look dressed.

Care

Follow the care label and wash at 30 degrees. After three washes apply the waterproofing spray again, and feel free to ask Camille for advice if you are unsure about the care.
