THE DECODEMAN COLLECTION

Armchairs and sofas

A good armchair is where you sit down at the end of a long day, so comfort and seat height matter as much as looks. This collection brings together armchairs and sofas that Camille chose for their shape and colour: a swivel armchair in soft fabric with a seventies silhouette, the compact Lylou armchair and the Boli three-seater sofa in a warm ochre. Every product page lists the dimensions and seat height, so you can compare with what you have at home. Armchairs and sofas are delivered free in West Flanders. If you live elsewhere in Belgium, you only pay the fuel costs.

Armchair or sofa: start with the measurements

First measure the space and the route into your living room. The Lylou armchair is 87 cm wide, 91 cm deep and 67 cm high, with a seat height of 43 cm, and costs 949 euros. The swivel armchair in soft fabric measures 81 x 84 cm, stands 83 cm high and has a seat height of 47.5 cm. The Boli sofa is a three-seater of roughly 190 x 93 x 73 cm.

Choosing the right armchair

  • A lower seat, around 43 cm, feels relaxed and laid-back. A higher seat makes it easier to stand up.
  • A swivel armchair is practical in an open-plan room: turn towards the conversation, the television or the window.
  • A strong colour such as ochre looks best alongside calm tones and natural materials.

Caring for fabric

The upholstery of the swivel armchair is 100% polyester. Vacuum fabric armchairs regularly with a soft brush attachment and blot stains straight away with a damp cloth, without rubbing. Keep the chair out of strong, direct sunlight so the colour stays fresh for longer.

Finish the corner with a cushion, a wool throw or a side table alongside. The armchairs can also be seen in our shop in Koksijde.
