Furniture and side tables with character
Decodeman's furniture is chosen for its materials and its character: consoles with a white marble top, side tables in teak, ceramic or acacia, woven wool poufs and dining tables in mango wood. Camille picks every piece herself, and there are no brands. Much of the furniture is made from solid wood or from reclaimed railway sleepers, so the grain and colour differ from one piece to the next. Every product page lists the dimensions, so you can check whether a piece fits your hallway, living room or bedroom. Smaller pieces are sent with bpost within 48 hours. Large furniture is delivered free in West Flanders; elsewhere, only the fuel costs are charged.
Which piece goes where?
A console is narrow and shallow, which makes it ideal for a hallway or behind a sofa. The Rose marble console measures 77 x 39 x 78 cm, while the Vienne marble console is slightly larger at 91 x 39 x 76 cm. If you prefer wood only, look at the set of two teak consoles, which also work as a sofa table.
Side tables and poufs
A side table next to the sofa or used as a bedside table is the easiest way to refresh a room. A few pieces from the collection:
- the Zeneb side table, H 45 x Ø 32 cm, wrapped in orange and black cord (169 euros)
- the ceramic side table with a gradient from deep orange to soft beige
- the ecru wool pouf, 45 x 45 x 45 cm, as extra seating or a footstool
Wood, marble and care
Teak, mango wood and railway sleeper wood are natural materials, so colour variations and small imperfections are part of the look. Marble is porous: wipe up wine or coffee quickly and use coasters. A wool pouf only needs the occasional vacuum to remove dust.
Pair a piece of furniture with an armchair or a soft sheepskin for a warm, lived-in room. All of this furniture can also be seen in our shop in Koksijde.

How much does delivery of a large piece of furniture cost?
Large furniture is delivered free of charge in West Flanders. Elsewhere in Belgium, only the fuel costs are charged. Smaller pieces, such as a pouf or a side table, are sent with bpost within 48 hours, with shipping costs based on size and weight and shown at checkout.
Why does my wooden furniture look different from the photo?
Much of the furniture is made from teak, mango wood or reclaimed wood from old railway sleepers. Every piece of wood has its own grain, colour variations and small imperfections. No piece is exactly the same as the one in the photo, and that is precisely what gives it character.
Can I return a piece of furniture?
Yes. Let us know within 14 calendar days of receipt that you wish to return it, for example by emailing info@decodeman.be. You then have another 14 days to send it back. Return costs are paid by you, which is worth bearing in mind for larger pieces.
