THE DECODEMAN COLLECTION

Dining chairs

You use a dining chair every day, so it needs to be comfortable and built to last. Here you will find chairs in solid teak with a rush or rattan seat, as well as the Coco dining chair, an upholstered chair with soft curves and armrests. Teak is a sturdy wood with a warm colour that suits both modern and classic dining rooms. Each product page lists the material and available dimensions. Some chairs come in sets or can be ordered in larger numbers, as stated on the product page. Chairs are sent with bpost within 48 hours, and collection from the shop is free.

Teak with rush or rattan

The teak chair has a woven rush seat and costs 229 euros. There is one in the shop, and more can be ordered. The rattan chair combines a teak frame with a rattan seat and backrest and is sold as a set of 4. It is 80 cm high, with a seat height and seat depth of 45 cm.

Upholstered comfort

If you like to linger at the table, have a look at the Coco dining chair (269 euros). The seat, backrest and armrests are all padded, and the fabric is soft to the touch yet resistant to wear. Its curved shape recalls the graceful lines of a whale.

What to look for in dining chairs

  • Seat height: allow roughly 30 cm between the seat and the tabletop to sit comfortably.
  • Armrests: comfortable, but check that the chair still slides under your table.
  • Mixing: teak and rattan chairs go well with a wooden or marble table, and an upholstered chair at the head of the table adds contrast.

Dust rush and rattan with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. Take a look at our dining tables and furniture and the tableware and glassware to complete the table. The chairs can also be seen in our shop in Koksijde.
